Barry Cunningham serves as the operations manager for Trilogy at Monarch Dunes by Shea Homes. With more than 30 years experience in the building industry, Barry’s background consists of a varied range of project types including high end production homes, affordable housing, custom single family homes, town homes, condominiums, and commercial buildings. He has successfully managed large master planned communities both in Southern California and the Central Coast. His experience and responsibilities encompass forward planning, civil and architectural design coordination, entitlements, vertical construction, and overall project management. Besides his years with Shea Homes, Barry has worked locally for JM Development, and Bollenbacher & Kelton. His experience in Southern California includes years with New Urban West, JTL Development, The Larwin Company, Cunningham Construction, Land Development Management and M.J. Brock & Sons.

With his wife Katie, Barry spends his free time enjoying the outdoor activities available in the area including golf, sailing, restoring vintage automobiles and exploring the local sites.
