John Theisen is the Chief Financial Officer of Midland Pacific Building Corp. and is responsible for the oversight of all financial matters of the company. In addition, in 2006 he was given overall responsibility for all areas of company operations. John joined Midland Pacific in 1990 accepting the position of Controller. Prior to joining Midland Pacific, John was a manager for Cooney & Phair, CPA’s a regional CPA firm in Newport Beach, CA where he performed several controllership engagements for clients in real estate, manufacturing and service industries. As manager of six staff accountants he supervised the preparation of individual, partnership and corporate tax returns as well as tax planning. John is a CPA (inactive) and a former member of AICPA and Ca Society of CPA’s. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University where he earned a degree in Business Administration. As Controller for Midland Pacific, John instituted state of the art computer software that integrated the accounting, sales and construction departments. In 1998, John was promoted to CFO and in 2006 was given overall responsibility for Construction, Sales/Marketing and Customer Relations.
