Maury Froman, Senior Vice President, Director of Residential Development and Entitlements for The Rottman Group (“TRG”); and President and Chief Operating Officer of Rottman-Froman Communities (“RFC”).

Mr. Froman has 30 years of professional experience in large-scale residential land development. A California licensed general building contractor, he is the incoming President of the Home Builders Association of the Central Coast. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the California Building Industry Association.

Mr. Froman began his professional career with Urban West Communities (“UWC”) in 1978, after attending Graduate School in the School of Architecture and Environmental Design, at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He previously received his Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly in 1975. Mr. Froman remained with UWC from 1978 through mid-1995, rapidly progressing through successive responsible positions until he became the company’s Senior Vice President and Director of Operations. Since the formation of RFC in the fall of 1996, Mr. Froman has used his knowledge and expertise to manage both TRG and RFC project staffs, as well as supervise and manage both companies’ residential and land development; its architectural design; its entitlement and political processing; its marketing, budgeting, purchasing, construction, sales, and customer service operations.
