The Home Builders Association of the Central Coast (HBACC) is a non-profit California corporation - a trade association representing builders, developers and related industry professionals in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. Welcome to the HBA website!
The site contains information on the HBA, information on the events and the ability to register online for them, a full online resource directory with search capabilities, a government affairs page dedicated to keeping all our members up-to-date on any and all issues, a publications page where members can view current and past newsletters online as well as look over HBA Studies and Reports. There is also information on membership benefits and how to join the HBA for all of our prospective members. All HBA members and current prospective members have the ability to log in (using the "Log In" button at the top right hand corner of the webpage) and access their company/personal profile and sign up for meetings and events. All User IDs are defaulted to First Initial Last Name (ex. JSmith) and all Passwords are defaulted to ’builder’. Please take the time to look over the website and utilize it to get the most out of your membership with the association.
