This six-day event, running April 20-22 and 27-29, 2007, will be a consumer showcase of custom homes, remodels and development projects throughout the region - giving thousands of attendees an opportunity to see the latest in home building and design, as well as the quality of work and craftsmanship of the area’s top builders and contractors.

March 9, 2007 PASS Breakfast
The HBA hosted its fifth Annual PASS Breakfast and Vendor Showcase on March 9 , 2007 at the Santa Maria Elks Lodge. The 50 Vendors and Suppliers welcomed over 50 Builders and their representatives to meet with them and discuss their products and technology and services.

All attendees received the PASS Project Book containing information about current and future projects on the Central Coast ready to bid by sub-contractors and suppliers.

With several drawings to entice participation, builders and associate members had a chance to win 2 Free passes to PCBC, over $1000 in cash and prizes from the vendors and Sponsors.
