We strive to change NIMBY attitudes, reduce fees paid by homebuyers, eliminate cumbersome, duplicative government regulations, ease excessive environmental constraints, zone for more attached housing, broaden funding resources for infastructure, educate planners/policy makers on housing need and link to regional prosperity, and prevent runaway construction dispute litigation.
