The Home Builders Association of the Central Coast is committed to creating quality housing, building regulations, and land use policies that meet community and industry needs.  Through legislative advocacy, business networking and educational programs, we position the Association – and you – to meet the evolving needs of our industry.  Throw in money-saving benefits and an array of publications and you realize membership to the HBA gives you access to powerful people and information.

We have two membership categories from which you can choose.  Each is geared toward professional growth, legislative advocacy, business networking, money saving benefits, educational programs, up-to-date industry awareness, and publications and resources.  All levels of membership provide for the 3 in 1 Membership to the Local, State, and National Association: Home Builders Association of the Central Coast (HBACC), California Building Industry Association (CBIA), and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

 

Companies at Level 1 can be described as follows: 

 

  • Highly involved in the Building Industry.
  • Active in Current Legislation.
  • Plan to attend all HBA Events.

 Annual Dues:  $1500
