Frequently Asked Questions
How do I log in?
Use the email address associated with your HBA-CC membership. If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen.
How do I update my member profile?
Log in to the app, tap on your profile icon, and select Edit Profile.
How do I register for an event?
Visit the Events tab and select the event you wish to attend. You will be taking to Eventbrite to complete registration. Follow the registration steps.
I’m not receiving notifications. What should I do?
Ensure notifications are enabled in both your device settings and the app settings.
What devices are supported?
The app is available on iOS and Android devices running the latest operating systems.
